Our Mission
We exist to improve maternal, paternal, and family health outcomes through compassionate education, support and advocacy. We center individuals and families, honor lived experiences and work to reduce disparities in maternal and infant health by creating inclusive spaces for healing, connection and care.
Before, during and after pregnancy.
Our Vision
A world where every parent and family, regardless of background, race or circumstances; receives equitable, compassionate, and culturally responsive care before, during and after birth.
Our Values
- Compassion: We lead with empathy and heart in every interaction.
- Equity: We are committed to dismantling barriers and disparities in maternal and family health
- Community: We center the voices and needs of the families we serve.
- Healing: We honor loss, celebrate life, and create space for grief and recovery
- Collaboration: We believe change happens together, through partnership
Why this work matters
Pregnancy and parenthood can be filled with joy, but for many families, they are also marked by loss, trauma and inequitable access to care. Too often, families are left unsupported, unseen, or excluded from conversations about healing and health. Conversations for Crew exists to change that; by listening, advocating, and building community-centered solutions rooted in compassion.
